ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been fulfilled. Once an item is fulfilled, the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect. Fulfilled orders cannot be canceled or altered.

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 12 to 24 hours from when they are received. Orders are packaged and shipped on weekdays from 7am-5pm MST, and on weekends from 9am-1pm MDT. Our Support Team can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund.

Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.
